All Embassy HD screens feature black borders to accurately define the image frame and prevent unwanted reflections, significantly enhancing the perceived contrast. The screen is also adaptable, extending to fit your room if you have high ceilings—this is called the extra drop. You can even install your screen in front of a window, as Lumene screens have a black, opaque backing that blocks all light. They are also treated to prevent yellowing. The quality of a video projection screen also depends on its casing. At Lumene, we chose aluminum for its lightness and strength. It's also a highly corrosion-resistant material.
